Iowa Compass has a Social Check-In service. The program offers a toll-free hotline and self-scheduled zoom sessions delivering social check-in/friendly visiting services including ongoing follow-up.  In addition to 1:1 supports the program offers frequent/ongoing virtual activities hosted over Zoom and promoted through the Inclusion for All Facebook group.
